Payment Options for Direct Bill Employer
You have the following payment options:
Phone: One-time Payment
To make a one-time electronic or credit card payment, call 800-821-4520, option 2. Follow the prompts to make a payment, entering your billing account number and payment information. At the end of the call, you’ll receive a payment confirmation.
Automatic Recurring Payments
Premium payment can be automatically processed through your checking account (ACH) or credit card. Please call 800-821-4520, option 2, or call 818-990-9860, option 2, to provide the financial information necessary to complete the process. Please sign and return the Recurring Payment Authorization.
Pay-As-You-Go Option
This option allows you to pay your premium as you run your payroll. t’s an easy and convenient way to manage your premium payments. Open to businesses of all sizes, it must be chosen at policy issuance.
