Republic Indemnity is a great place to work, here’s why:
Opportunities to positively impact people’s lives—We support our clients by helping them create safe workplaces. If a client’s employee gets hurt on the job, we’re there to help by providing appropriate medical care and compensation to the employee and their family.
Career development and growth—You can improve your knowledge, skills, and opportunities for internal mobility through a variety of training programs, mentorship, and interaction with highly skilled industry experts. You’ll feel good about being part of a company with a great business track record and a respectful, ethical work environment. Join us!
Collaborative work culture—We cultivate an inclusive environment where we share knowledge and have fun working and solving problems together. There’s regular feedback and interaction between employees and managers. You’ll find that the executive management team is welcoming and easy to talk to.
Work/Life balance—We know you’ll want interesting, challenging work, as well as flexibility and time outside of work for personal interests, family, and friends. At Republic we respect that balance.
Community service—We’re mindful about doing good things for our communities, like donating supplies to school kids and supporting non-profit work. In recent years we've supported athletic programs for people with disabilities, held a winter coat drive in which employees donated unneeded coats, and we collected new toys to be distributed to children during the holidays. In the San Fernando Valley, Calif., we have repeatedly supported MEND (Meet Each Need With Dignity). In 2021 and 2022 employees donated to World Central Kitchen and the Company matched contributions to a designated limit. Employees in our San Francisco office have supported Food Bank and Toys for Tots.
In 2023 we've had two drives to collect much needed household supplies for donation to LA Family Housing and Bay Area Community Services – organizations that help unhoused people move into permanent housing. Our San Diego employees volunteered at the San Diego Food Bank, packing boxes of food at the warehouse for distribution to those in need.
