Payment Options for Direct Bill Employer - You have the following payment options:

Phone: One-time Payment
To make a one-time electronic or credit card payment, call 800-821-4520, option 2. Follow the prompts to make a payment, entering your billing account number and payment information. At the end of the call, you’ll receive a payment confirmation.

Auto Pay Options
Auto Pay can be set up at any time through the website or phone system using your checking account (ACH) or credit card. If assistance is required, please call 800-821-4520, option 2 and then option 0, or call 818-990-9860, option 2 and then option 0, to speak with a customer service representative to provide the financial information necessary to complete the process during normal business hours.

This option allows you to pay your premium as you run your payroll. It’s an easy and convenient way to manage your premium payments. Open to businesses with an annual premium of $10,000 or more, it must be chosen at policy issuance. View the benefits of this payment option.
